Responsible access starts with a legitimate research purpose.
Pep In Your Step Lab separates research-use materials from consumer, clinical, veterinary, information-only, and regulated product contexts. This page explains who may order research-use materials and how the site prevents personal-use checkout.
Qualified research buyers only.
Checkout is designed for buyers purchasing on behalf of a legitimate laboratory, analytical, academic, biotechnology, life-science, or other bona fide research activity.
Prohibited uses
Research-use products must not be used in or administered to humans or animals, consumed, injected, compounded for personal use, used for diagnosis or treatment, marketed as therapeutic products, or resold or redistributed for human or veterinary consumption.
Product status remains controlling
A catalog listing, price, COA, order submission, or successful payment does not change a product's research, regulated, prescription, or information-only status. Direct checkout is disabled for information-only and regulated profiles in this website build.
Payment eligibility
Stripe Checkout is enabled only when the Stripe gateway is configured and the product is eligible under the site's payment controls. Payment eligibility is separate from storefront visibility. Pep In Your Step Lab may keep a profile visible for information while disabling direct payment.
Order review
Buyer information, research purpose, destination, product status, inventory, and payment status may be reviewed before fulfillment. Orders can be held, cancelled, or refunded when the requirements for the product or transaction are not met.
Accurate information
Do not misstate your organization, research purpose, intended use, destination, or product identity. Pep In Your Step Lab may request clarification when a purchase appears inconsistent with the site's research-use restrictions.
Questions before ordering
If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for your research context or whether direct checkout is available, contact support before submitting payment.
