Clear terms for research-use ordering.
These terms govern use of the Pep In Your Step Lab website, research-use product catalog, Quality / COA library, contact tools, order requests, and payment features.
Research-use restriction
Products identified as research use only are offered only for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, self-administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, clinical application, or household use.
Buyer certification
By submitting a research order, you certify that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to purchase for the organization or legitimate research purpose stated at checkout, will use research-use materials only for that stated purpose, and will not resell, relabel, distribute, market, or provide them for human or veterinary consumption or use.
Accurate product identity
Product names, codes, labels, classifications, and batch records must be interpreted together. A marketing name or site code does not replace the exact identity shown on the lawful product label and applicable documentation. Pep In Your Step Lab may correct or remove a listing when identity, status, or documentation requires clarification.
Information-only and regulated profiles
Information-only and prescription or otherwise regulated product profiles are not part of the direct ecommerce payment flow in this website build. A displayed profile, price, COA, or product code does not replace prescribing, pharmacy, dispensing, licensing, or other regulated-access requirements.
Research information
Website content summarizes general scientific, analytical, and product information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, dosing plan, reconstitution guide, injection guide, or guarantee of a human or veterinary outcome.
Orders and acceptance
An order submission is subject to product status, research-use eligibility, inventory, destination, quality-document review, payment status, and applicable law. Pep In Your Step Lab may request additional information, place an order on hold, cancel an order, or decline fulfillment when requirements are not met.
Stripe payments
When Stripe Checkout is available, payment-card information is entered directly on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Stripe payment availability is controlled separately for each product and does not change a product's research, regulated, or information-only status. A successful payment does not require Pep In Your Step Lab to fulfill an order that cannot lawfully or appropriately be supplied; in that situation, the order will be cancelled and the applicable payment will be refunded.
Pricing, tax, and shipping
Prices, shipping charges, taxes, and product availability may change before payment is completed. Shipping eligibility and charges depend on destination and product requirements. Any amount shown at Stripe Checkout should be reviewed before payment is submitted.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy. Research, sterile, temperature-sensitive, tamper-evident, opened, used, or integrity-sensitive products may have limited return eligibility. Do not return an item without authorization. Approved refunds for Stripe-paid orders are sent back through the original Stripe payment method when applicable.
Quality / COA documents
A Certificate of Analysis reports analytical information for a specific sample or batch. It does not by itself establish regulatory approval, lawful human use, clinical effectiveness, complete safety, sterility unless specifically tested, or suitability for any person.
Prohibited conduct
Do not submit false buyer information, misstate research purpose, attempt to purchase a research-use product for personal or clinical use, bypass product restrictions, misuse payment tools, interfere with the website, upload malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access.
Intellectual property
The Pep In Your Step name, site design, original written content, graphics, and brand elements are protected to the extent allowed by applicable law. Do not reproduce or commercially reuse them without permission.
Changes
The catalog, payment availability, policies, pricing, quality records, and site features may be updated when business, legal, analytical, or payment-processor requirements change. Review the current terms before each order.
